For any minor coming to Badlands Off Road Park without a parent or guardian present the parent or legal guardian must complete the three waivers linked below.
ALL Three waivers MUST be completed for admission to the park and the adult attending with them must be listed as the authorized adult on the waivers.
When all three forms are completed, verify your email to finalize the forms.
